<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical bag-making filling machine which makes a bag that has a butt-seam sealing part and yet exerts sufficient sealing property and easy-unsealability. <P>SOLUTION: A vertical sealer forms a butt-seam sealing part on a packaging cylindrical film transferred along a bag-making tube, and a cut forming means forms three cuts on a part of the butt-seam sealing part, and then the butt-seam sealing part is pushed down on the surface of a packaging bag. A first area of the butt-seam sealing part is welded to the bag surface by a vertical sealer, and a second area is welded to the bag surface by a zipper attaching means. The periphery of the cuts on the butt-seam sealing part is welded to the bag surface by heater faces 60a, 61a of cut periphery heater blocks 60, 61. The heater blocks 60, 61 are connected to first and second heater blocks 46, 47 via heat transmission inhibiting members 62, 63 to lower a heating temperature, and the heater faces 60a, 61a are provided with elastic members so as to weaken a sealing pressure. A third area is welded to the bag surface but the inner surfaces opposite to each other inside the bag are not welded because of a lower heating temperature and a weaker sealing pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
