PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device capable of preventing slip of a belt without applying excessive tensile force to the whole belt. SOLUTION: This power transmission device 1 is provided with a driving pulley 11p mounted on a driving shaft of an engine, auxiliary machinery pulleys 12p, 13p, 14p, 15p mounted on one auxiliary machinery or more, respectively, the belt V stretched over the driving pulley 11p and the auxiliary machinery pulleys 12p, 13p, 14p, 15p, a roller arranged by opposing to at least one auxiliary machinery pulley 13p, and a pressing means 19 for pressing the roller 17 against at least one auxiliary machinery pulley 13p through the belt V.
