PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid curable composition excellent in curing properties and capable of forming a coated film excellent in antistatic properties, hardness, scratch resistance and transparency on the surfaces of various kinds of base materials and its cured film and a laminate for antistatic. SOLUTION: The liquid curable composition comprises (A) particles containing tin-containing indium oxide (ITO) having≤20 nm primary particle diameter and≤50 nm secondary particle diameter as a main component, (B) a compound having two or more polymerizable unsaturated groups in the molecule, (C) a photopolymerization initiator and (D) a solvent.
