PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for preparing a post card which facilitates positioning of an information concealing member when personal information is concealed. SOLUTION: On one of the face, a substrate sheet 2 with a printable information displaying face exists, and an adhesive layer 3 is formed on its back surface, and a release sheet 4 which is the same type as the substrate sheet 2 is releasably piled up on the adhesive layer 3. Folding lines 11 and 12 for dividing the substrate sheet 2 into, for example, three equal regions each with a prescribed size are formed on the substrate sheet 2. On the information displaying face, two of three regions divided by the folding lines 11 and 12 can be stuck together by making the adhesive layers 3 inside, and the remaining one is made to be an information concealing face stuck on the substrate sheet with the adhesive layer 3 by folding the substrate sheet 12 into a valley shape to the opposite side of the information displaying face by the folding line 12.
