PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly reliably display a hot water temperature in heat insulation control after boiling hot water. SOLUTION: An electric hot water storage container is provided with a temperature lowering control mode for lowering a temperature toward a heat insulation temperature on the basis of the hot water temperature detected after boiling the hot water and a stabilization control mode for performing pseudo display of continuing hot water temperature display in the temperature lowering control mode while stabilizing an actual hot water temperature toward the heat insulation temperature on the basis of the hot water temperature detected following that. Change is performed so that a threshold for display in the temperature lowering control mode to the heat insulation temperature is B and a threshold for display in the stabilization control mode is A.
