An angle-adjustable stairway is provided to improve constructability and quality thereof, as well as enabling a passer to more conveniently move. An angle-adjustable stairway is controllable comprises a climb frame(110), a footstep frame(120), an angle adjuster, and a stepping plate(140). The climb frame is installed between spaces for mounting the stairway. A plurality of support holes(111) are sequentially formed on the climb frame. One side of the footstep frame penetrates a hinge hole(121a) of a hinge unit(121) bent by a predetermined angle, and is alternately communicated with the support holes of the climb frame and then hinged, so as to be rotatably mounted to the climb frame. A support unit(122) is formed at the other side of the footstep frame to penetrate a connection hole(122a) on an upper surface of the support unit. A lateral side of the footstep frame has an uphold hole(122b) formed in a lateral direction. The angle adjuster includes a lower support bar(130b) and an upper support bar(130a) hinged to the support hole and the uphold hole, as being integrated with each other by screw-connection. The stepping plate is seated on the upper surface of the support unit of the footstep frame.
