PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic device capable of restraining the image distortion and density variations from occurring by keeping a gap between the surface of a photoreceptor and a developing apparatus uniform.

SOLUTION: The electrophotographic device is equipped with: a photoreceptor belt by forming a photoreceptive layer on the surface of the belt formed to be cylindrical; a pair of rollers arranged to tension the photoreceptor belt and rotating the photoreceptor belt in a predetermined rotating direction; an electrifier arranged to be opposed to the surface of the photoreceptor belt positioned between the pair of rollers and electrifying the photoreceptive layer; a light source for forming a latent image on the electrified photoreceptive layer; the developing apparatus supplying developer onto the photoreceptive layer on which the latent image is formed so as to develop the latent image and form a toner image; and a suction roller arranged on the back surface of the photoreceptor belt positioned between the pair of rollers and sucking the photoreceptor belt.
