PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor preventing the failure of a memory access even if using a relatively low-speed memory. SOLUTION: The data processor has the memory 17 for storing data; a plurality of processing means 3-11 capable of accessing the memory; and a control means 13 for controlling access of the plurality of processing means to the memory based on the priority set among the plurality of processing means.
