PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the same operability in an input device as a target of input operation without increasing in an operation load regardless of the attitude direction of a terminal. SOLUTION: In a cellular phone constructed by connecting a first shell 1 and a second shell 2 having an input device and a touch pad 7 together via a hinge mechanism, an opened condition, in which the input device and the touch panel 7 are exposed to be operated, and a closed condition, in which the first shell and the second shell are overlapped to each other and only the touch pad 7 is exposed to be operated, can be set selectively. A control unit 23 detects which of the opened condition and the closed condition is carried out based on a signal from an open/close detection sensor 10b. An attitude determination unit 23a detects an attitude of the first shell 1 according to a signal from a gravity sensor 10a. A tablet control unit 23e changes allocation of a function to be executed to a plurality of positions, to which input operation is applied, in the touch pad 7 according to the attitude of the first shell when the closed condition is detected.
