<p>The expediently selected carrier and expediently selected counter electrode are placed in electrolyte solution containing salt and metal to be deposited and additives. A series of current impulses having expedient current density, impulse time and distribution in time, is applied to electrode so that deposited thin layer is suitable with respect to morphology, chemical content, grain size and magnetic quality. The thin layers having expedient parameters and ferric based nano crystalline structure or amorphous soft magnetic features, are used.</p> |
