<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration detecting device capable of detecting vibrations with high sensitivity to prevent influence of vibrations on a medium, a hologram device, a vibration detecting method of the vibration detecting device, and a vibration detecting method of the hologram device. <P>SOLUTION: The vibration detecting device has a vibration detecting beam generation section which makes a vibration detecting beam incident on the medium to detect whether there are vibrations, a photodetection section which photodetects the vibration detecting beam projected through a condenser lens after the vibration detecting beam is propagated in the medium, and a discrimination section which discriminates whether the vibration detecting beam that the photodetection section photodetects is a beam when neither the medium nor the vibration detecting beam generation section vibrates, and the discrimination section discriminates that at least one of the medium and vibration detecting beam generation section vibrates based upon a discrimination result discriminating that the vibration detecting beam that the photodetection section photodetects is not the beam obtained when neither the medium nor the vibration detecting beam generation section vibrates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
