AIR CONDITIONER AND METHOD FOR OUTSIDE AIR COOLING OPERATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent insufficient humidification in supply air while performing outside air cooling using outside air during the winter and intermediate periods. SOLUTION: The air conditioner includes a return air passage 53 connected to a return air system 63; an outside air passage 54 connected to an outside air system 66; an air supply passage 55 connected to a supply air system 69 and being in communication with the respective downstream ends of the return air passage 53 and the outside air passage 54; an exhaust fan device 64 for causing part of return air RA to be exhausted through the return air system 63 from a space to be air-conditioned; an outside air fan device 67 for supplying outside air OA to the air supply passage 55 through the outside air passage 54; and a supply air fan device 70 for supplying supply air SA from the supply air passage 55 through the supply air system 69 to the space to be air-conditioned.
