PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect actuating signals from remote control etc. of a lift device and stop operation when malfunction is determined. SOLUTION: At the time of turning on of power supply, when actuating signals are detected from an abnormality detector 18 etc. connected with a control device 6, malfunction is determined and circuit operation is stopped. Meanwhile, during operation, it is determined whether or not malfunction occurs based on actuating signals from the remote control 2 and from the abnormality detector 18 etc., and if malfunction is determined, circuit operation is stopped and an abnormality is informed.
