The device has a cover plate (4) and a carrier that is rotatably supported around a rotatable axis. A sealing unit is arranged between intake units and the carrier. A testing zone is arranged in the device and recesses are provided at a wall of a channel for intake of sensors (2). The sensors that are to be tested are carried by the carrier of the testing zone in which gas is provided as a testing medium.
