A controller provides an interface, which guides a to-be-identified user to perform an authentication procedure during a biometrics data matching operation. The controller regulates a biometrics sensor to detect to-be-identified biometrics data of user. The detected biometrics data are compared with biometrics template data by a central processing unit (CPU). The CPU executes a main operation system to complete booting operation when the detected biometrics data match the biometrics template data. An independent claim is also included for a computer system.
