摘要 <p>Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a substrate for electronic devices having excellent carrier transporting ability, a substrate for electronic devices having excellent carrier transporting ability, an electronic device comprising such a substrate for electronic devices and having excellent characteristics, and a highly reliable electronic instrument. Specifically disclosed is a method for manufacturing a substrate for electronic devices which substrate comprises an organic semiconductor layer, an electrode (an anode), and an intermediate layer arranged between the organic semiconductor layer and the anode in contact with both of them and mainly composed of an organic material having carrier transporting properties. This method comprises a step wherein a voltage is applied to a liquid containing the organic material using the anode as one electrode while having the anode in contact with the liquid, thereby collecting the organic material charged in the liquid onto the anode and forming the intermediate layer, and a step wherein an organic semiconductor layer is formed on a side of the intermediate layer opposite to the anode.</p>
