An inter-processor communication method using a direct sequence method and an electronic device using the same are provided to decrease the error rate and to secure the stability of inter-processor communication by applying a direct sequence method, which is used for a CDMA system, to inter-processor communication. A microcomputer(10) creates a DS signal as an initial signal and transmits the created DS signal to a DSP(Digital Signal Processor)(20). The DSP(20) executes modulo-2 addition to the received DS signal using a PN(Pseudo Noise) signal and judges whether the initial signal is 0 or 1. The DSP calculates a decision value and compares the calculated decision value with a reference value. If the decision value is smaller than or equal to the reference value, the DSP judges that the initial signal is 0. If the decision value is larger than the reference value, the DSP judges that the initial signal is 1.
