FIELD: aircraft industry; mechanical engineering; production of the sandwich panels. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the sandwich panels with the filler made out of the cellular sheet material and can be used in production of aircrafts and in the other branches of mechanical engineering. The sandwich panel contains the sheathings, the cellular sheet material filler. The cells of the filler are made in the form of the perforated many-plane truncated pyramids interleaving among themselves as "the top - the base" with the angle of iconicity of 5-50°.
