Said composition may react with blank for forming on it conversion coating that is not dissolved in chemically active composition and protects blank against further reaction. Contact of tool with blank is provided at their relative motion till achieving desired characteristics of blank surface. Then conversion coating is removed from blank surface for exposing portions of blank surface for further reaction with chemically active composition and for forming new conversion coating.
