FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pumps intended for transfer of hydraulic mixes under pressure and it can be used at concentrating mills in different industries. Proposed pump has fixed housing with suction and delivery branch pipes, flexible hose placed inside housing and closed in vertical plane and roller engaging with hose when rolling over its inner perimeter and secured on rotor which is mechanically coupled with drive. Hose is provided with wedge thickening of its side walls over entire perimeter. Said wedge thickenings are pointed inwards the hose, and side edges of roller and fixed housing are rounded off, with possibility of pressing walls of hose from top and bottom to its wedge thickenings at deformation of hose caused by roller rolling over hose. ^ EFFECT: increased service life of hose owing to provision of bending of its side walls at nonzero radius of curvature, reduced fatigue stresses in deformation walls of hose. |
