FIELD: medicine, orthopedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating congenital varus deformation of collum femoris accompanied with cotyloid cavity dysplasia and dislocation of caput femoris due to applying the means of perosseous fixation. One should destroy the integrity of femur and ilium, apply a perosseous device for fixing osseous segments and fulfill dosed shift of femoral proximal department and traction of osseous fragments. Moreover, it is necessary to carry out the following: the shift of femoral caput up to the inferior edge of cotyloid cavity followed by subtrochanterian femoral osteotomy, taking away femoral distal fragment followed by dosed placing caput femoris into cotyloid cavity, external periacetabular iliac osteotomy, fixation of distal iliac fragment towards perosseous device with needles. Application of the present innovation enables to restore spatial relations in hip joint and, also, improve congruence of articular surfaces. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 8 dwg, 1 ex |
