An interrupt circuit is provided to maintain a constant speed of a motor by minimizing the variation of a phase control signal even when an external power supply voltage is changed. A rectifier unit performs half-rectification of an external power supply voltage. An interrupt part generates an interrupt signal to maintain the number of rotation of a motor even the external power supply voltage is changed. A microcomputer(M10) outputs a phase control signal by receiving an interrupt signal from the interrupt part. The interrupt part is constituted by connecting two transistors. The interrupt part includes a driving voltage part. The driving voltage part is changed with the same rate as the variation rate of the external power supply voltage, and transfers the equal interrupt signal to the microcomputer by the interrupt part. |
