A heat exchanger of a drying machine and a condensing type drying machine using the heat exchanger are provided to improve heat-exchanging efficiency, to secure economic efficiency in manufacturing the heat exchanger, and to enhance drying efficiency and reliability. A heat exchanger of a drying machine is composed of plural tubes(50) and plural fin structures alternately layered to be combined with a front cover and a rear cover on both ends of the heat exchanger. The tube is formed with plural grooves(51) on the inner surface to have recessed grooves on the inner surface or additional protrusion units(52). The groove generates flow, a turbulent flow, agitated by flowing air in the tube with friction to increase possibility of contact on the inner surface of the tube to increase heat-transferring efficiency from the inside of the heat exchanger to outer dry air so as to increase heat-exchanging efficiency.
