PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a communication terminal device to adjust retransmission wait time until the next transmission, depending on a situation of a network to which the communication terminal device is connected.SOLUTION: A communication method includes: a transmission step (st120) of transmitting a log file to a log upload server 50 through a communication network 2; a retransmission wait time calculation step (st110) of calculating, when certain transmission of a log file to the log upload server 50 has failed, retry time (retransmission wait time) between the transmission and the next transmission; and a control step (st120) of making the transmission step retransmit the log file to the log upload server 50 when the retry time has passed. The retransmission wait time calculation step performs calculation so that retry time of the next transmission is longer than that of the previous transmission.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18 |
