An acoustic apparatus is provided to prevent the influence of the vibration generated a speaker unit on another device installed at the inside thereof. A support member(21) is installed at an installation surface(M). The lower end of the support member is downwardly extended from a lower plate(17) of a speaker box(2). The support member maintains the speaker box on the installation surface. Two support members are stretched out along both edges of a front baffle plate(5) in parallel. The rest two support members are stretched out along both edges of the rear baffle plate(6) in parallel. The support members are fixed to the front and rear baffle plates by fixing members(22).
