A ball transfer device is provided to reduce a cost by removing a process like making a guide path of a supporting ball. In a ball transfer device, a vertical extending part(21) of predetermined height is formed on a horizontal center line(20) in a housing. A main ball(12) and a plurality of supporting balls(13) are inserted into the housing. An o-ring(16) and a cover(17) fixed to the housing are installed at the upper part of the supporting ball.
