<p>The support console (1,2) is for a mink cage (8,9) and is one of a series installed in a mink byre of the self-supporting type without support columns. It comprises a vertical upright (1), which at the top has a horizontally extending console arm (4,5) and at the bottom at least two vertically extending, downwardly directed foot pieces (2,3). The foot pieces are intended to be used as anchors for the support console vertical uprights and the general structure facilitates the mechanical removal of straw, food residues and similar. In a particularly preferred form, the each vertical upright comprises a U-bent tubular piece, which extends downwards to two tube ends.</p> |
