A hitting mitt with construction of a hitting part, a connection part and a gripping part is provided to reduce fatigue and shock of a user during. The hitting mitt composed of a hitting part(10), a connection part(20) and a gripping part(30) is fabricated by: forming first and second elements(40,50) in right and left symmetric forms using soft resin material, which comprise the hitting part(10), the connection part(20) and the gripping part(30); forming the hitting part in a convex form at the bottom and in a concave form at the top; forming air layer(60) over the concave top portion of the hitting part; forming air path(70) on the gripping part(30) to communicate with the air layer(60); folding the first and second elements(40,50) together. A reinforcement panel(80) is made of hard material between the gripping parts(30) of the first and second elements(40,50).
