A takedown installation of round-knitting machine has connected to each other kinematically driving and two driven takeup rolls the axles of which are placed in parallel in one plane, and a drive of takeup rolls, this has ring with curvilinear profile and lever with roller connected kinematically. The drive of takeup rolls is additionally equipped with three free-wheel clutches and two cylindrical gearings, those kinematically connect the drive to the takeup rolls. The free-wheel clutches are installed coaxially with driving takeup roll. One of cylindrical gearings is arranged with external gearinging, and the other one - with internal gearing. The ring has a slot to which the roller of the lever is installed.
