A submersible turbo-pump unit (TPU) is provided with propulsion unit and has a body in which working wheels are placed, and flow-through channels, forsupply and discharge of water, and the body is intended for its placement in the cavity of drive string of the well. The TPU consists of two parts: the upper -turbine and the lower - pump ones, in each of those working wheel is installed. The working wheels of both parts are installed on one shaft. Propulsion unit is arranged as feeding pump intended for placement out of the boundaries of the well and for water supply to working wheel of turbine section of the TPU.
