Process for prepation pure nano-disperse powders of metals and alloys consists in disposal of electrodes at a distance one from another, and delivery of current conductive rods to the interelectrode space. Preliminarily current conductive rods are made by compaction of metal powders and carbon-containing substance (graphite, paraffin, organic resins and others), and evaporation of rods and forming high temperature plasma are carried out in working liquid (distilled water, ethyl alcohol, kerosene and so on).
