Provided is a body protection implement for martial arts by using a waist support member, preventing a user's waist from being wounded by fixing the waist support member to a user's waist. The body protection implement consists of a body cover(10) and a pair of shoulder bands(20). An outer sheath(11) of the body cover is made of soft synthetic resins, and an outer rim of the body cover is sewn by a finishing fabric(12). A fixing member with an elastic force is installed on one end portion of the body cover for supporting a user's waist, and has a waist support member(30), made of materials softer than the outer sheath of the body cover, installed on the body cover by plural elastic bands(31). The shoulder band has an elastic band(21) installed on an outer end portion.
