The frets are connected to each other by resistors (5) of equal values for forming a resistor chain supplied with steady current by a current source (6), where each fret presents voltage proportional to a frequency of a vibrating string on the frets. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a guitar including an electroacoustic synthesizer controlling device. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used by musician for controlling an electroacoustic synthesizer to produce start or end of a musical note by a note pitch information, gate information controlling start or end of pitch of note, finger striking speed information and a finger pressure information, for a guitar (claimed) in a music instrumentation field. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The strike sensor allows detecting the frequency of the string vibrating on the frets at low or high frequencies. The device allows acquiring the gate by a single strike sensor which is sensitive to the strike and the speed of strike of the hand, so that the play technique of the musician is not necessary for controlling the electroacoustic synthesizer. The device also allows doubling the number of gate and strike speed information by alternate action of two fingers.
