PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic application support server, an electronic application support method and an electronic application support program by which application matters required for a user can automatically be prepared fand reported to support the application processing of a user.

SOLUTION: The electronic application support server is provided with: an application matter preparation condition setting means 15a for setting application matter preparation conditions for requesting application to a user applicable to application conditions to be preset; an application matter preparation condition storage means 18a for storing the application matter preparation conditions; an application matter preparation means 15d for creating the application matters for instructing application to the user based on the application matter preparation conditions of the application matter preparation condition storage means 18a; a preparation timing monitoring means 15c for acquiring conditions of preparation date of the application matters by the application matter preparation condition storage means 18a and permitting preparation of the application matters when conditions indicate the current date; and a processing request notification means 15e for transmitting the application matters to a user's terminal 3 as a processing request report.
