PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structure capable of finding precisely a displacement or a load between a stationary side race and a rotation side race constituting a rolling bearing unit, while restraining a cost and an installation space. SOLUTION: S-poles and N-poles are arranged alternately with an equal interval along a circumferential direction on detected faces of paired permanent magnets 11, 11a of encoders respectively independent each other. A boundary of the S-poles and N-poles is inclined with respect to an axial direction, and inclination directions are contrary each other between the both fellow permanent magnets 11, 11a. Detecting parts of sensors 17, 17 provided with permanent magnet provided with no magnetic detecting element 19 are opposed on outer circumferential faces of the both permanent magnets 11, 11a. The axial-directional displacement or load between the both fellow races is found based on a phase difference between the both sensors 17, 17. The paired permanent magnets 11, 11a independent each other are used as the encoders to solve a problem hereinbefore. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
