PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current resonance multi-phase DC/DC converter in which mutual coupling among a plurality of current resonance multi-phase DC/DC converters can be prevented. SOLUTION: In the current resonance multi-phase DC/DC converter (10B) where a plurality of current resonance DC/DC converters (12D-1 through 12D-N) each including a plurality of resonance circuits are connected in parallel and one output voltage (Vout) is produced by compounding a plurality of switched currents through an output capacitor (Co), a resonance inductor (Lr) is shared among the plurality of resonance circuits.
