摘要	<p>A fixing mechanism and a treating mechanism. In the fixing mechanism, when a rotation control pin (553D) is rotated, a pedestal moving part (580) is rotated, and a pedestal holding part (570) is moved along the longitudinal direction of a holding part (572). When the holding part (572) is moved to the rear side of a right side plate part (124), a pedestal part (210) is fixedly locked, and when the holding part (572) is moved to the front side of a left side plate part (125), the lock of the pedestal part (210) is released. As a result, the pedestal part (210) can be easily switched between the fixed state and the unfixed state thereof by a simple structure.</p>
