PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interactive safety confirmation system reporting abnormality of an objective elderly person before a household electric appliance in use in a daily life bcomes unused by the elderly person.

SOLUTION: When a transmission time of a "How are you?" notice registered by a cutchery server 7 comes, a broadcast distribution center apparatus 2 transmits the "How are you?" notice to a broadcast receiving server apparatus 3. The broadcast receiving server apparatus 3 indicates the presence of the "How are you?" notice to a video image from a broadcast station 1 and superimposingly displays a display graphic comprising characters and figures to the video image. The broadcast receiving server apparatus 3 displays an inquiry image of the "How are you?" notice transmitted from the broadcast distribution center apparatus 2 on one and the same screen of a television receiver in response to a signal from a remote controller. When a viewer replies "Not well" in response to the inquiry image, the broadcast distribution center apparatus 2 or the broadcast receiving server apparatus 3 informs a hospital server 8 or a public health center server 9 of the reply from the viewer.
