<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein it is difficult for a person in charge of photographing to capture a photographed moving image into a computer in electric transmission of the moving image, to compress the moving image, to then initiate other program for communication, to select a target compressed video file and to transmit it to an opposite side server since it is complicated to be executed on a job site of news gathering. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a moving image transmission system S10 in which a transmitter incorporating an image processing program is connected to a compressed moving image data accumulation server, the image processing program being adapted to capture a moving image from photographing machinery or the like and to make the captured moving images into thumbnails for providing a file with a list of thumbnails, a server for accumulating transmitted compressed image data is installed, and the compressed moving image data from the server are restored for video display. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
