<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate conveyance device capable of easy programming work, management and the like, as well as shortening of a cycle time of a manufacturing line. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing line of an electronic device, the substrate conveyance device for conveying a printed circuit board comprises a conveyor for work 21 which positions and holds a printed circuit board carried in from the upper line side and carried out to the lower line side after the end of a predetermined work by this conveyor for work; and a conveyor for feed 22 for feeding other printed circuit boards carried in from the upper line upper side to the lower line side, while carrying out the predetermined work to the line lower stream side. It is preferable that a multistage conveyor 20 may be provided with at least one conveyor for work 21 and one conveyor for feed 22 arranged in parallel side by side and up and down. Accordingly, the conveyor for work 21 and the conveyor for feed 22 can be made to continue selectively with conveying means allocated in the upper line side or the lower line side by rising or falling the multistage conveyor 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
