<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress vibration of a device itself during operation while the mounting accuracy of an electronic component mounting device is kept during mounting of component, and to prevent floor vibration as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic component mounting device is provided with a device computer and a servo amplifier. The computer outputs a position control signal to a linear motor 20 for driving a beam 10, and detects the frequency characteristic of the vibration value of the linear motor 20 on the basis of a speed signal from the linear motor 20. Furthermore, it extracts frequency with larger vibration than the predetermined vibration quantity, and outputs a signal with the extracted frequency. The servo amplifier outputs a motor driving signal from which frequency input from the computer is deleted, to the linear motor 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
