A lamp holder, a backlight assembly having the same, and a display device having the backlight assembly are provided to connect a power voltage supplying wire to a conductive clip by pressure welding and fix a lead wire of an electrode to the conductive clip by fitting, thereby realizing parallel connection between a plurality of lamps and a power supply part simply. A lamp holder includes a main body(110) and a conductive clip fixed to the main body. The main body has a lamp guide(113). The lamp guide has a lamp tube(131), of which an end is fixed to the main body. An electrode(135) has a discharging electrode(137) and a lead wire(139), and is disposed in the lamp tube, wherein the lead wire is extended from the discharging electrode to the outside. The conductive clip has a first clip part(151) connected to a power voltage supply wire(170) by pressure welding, and a second clip part(155) fitted with the lead wire.
