Provided is health-aid beverage based on fermented soybeans, which has a minimized odor unique to fermented soybeans, is easy to drink, and shows good shelf stability. The health-aid beverage based on fermented soybeans is obtained by the method comprising the steps of: adding, to purified water, 3-10 wt% of powder of fermented soybeans, 2-6 wt% of pine leave extract, 1-5 wt% of plum extract, 3-10 wt% of oligosaccharide and 0.01-0.5 wt% of purified salt; homogenizing the mixture in a homogenizer; further homogenizing the mixture under a pressure of 400-1,000 MPa; and sterilizing the mixture at 80-110 deg.C for 1-30 minutes. |
