<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor material having high mobility and excellent solvent solubility and antioxidation property and provide an organic semiconductor thin film having high mobility and an organic semiconductor element having excellent electronic properties. <P>SOLUTION: The polyacene compound has a structure expressed by chemical formula (I) (at least a part of R<SB>1</SB>, R<SB>2</SB>, R<SB>3</SB>and R<SB>4</SB>is a functional group such as aliphatic hydrocarbon group and the remainders are hydrogen atom; a part of multiple X groups in the formula is fluorine atom and the remainders are hydrogen atoms; and k is an integer of 1-5). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
