PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state change detection tool capable of accurately displaying a state change of an object and to simplify a system configuration by collectively detecting state change detection states by a plurality of state change detection tools without providing individual detection apparatus. SOLUTION: The state change detection tool 2 comprises an identification pattern part that forms luminance change patterns along a radial direction with the center point of a circle as an origin so as to be the same in all radial directions and a pattern transparency control part that makes the identification pattern part visible and invisible in accordance with state change, the state change detection tool 2 is arranged in a plurality of state change detection objects, a digital camera 3 is set so as to include the plurality of state change detection tools within a viewing range, its image data D are supplied to a detection tool identifying device 4, center point coordinates of an identification pattern are extracted to detect a notifying state.
