<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a middle plug with a spout, and a spouting container having convenience and a sealing function (a virgin seal mechanism) by constituting the middle plug so as to perform filling work while the middle plug is attached to a neck. <P>SOLUTION: The middle plug 10 is formed by hanging an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder for fitting to inner and outer surfaces of the neck of a container in a double cylindrical shape from the back side of the outer pheripheral part of a top plate, and a spout is opened in a top plate on the inner side of the inner peripheral surface of the inner cylinder. In addition, the rear portion of the middle plug is remained as a connection part 22 at the upper end of the middle plug on the outer side of the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 14, and a separation line 24 to surround the circumference of the inner cylinder 14 in a C-shape is formed. The middle plug inside the separation line forms an opening/closing plate 26 with the inner cylinder 14. The middle plug is formed of a flexible and soft material so that at least the connection part 22 is deflected, and the inner cylinder 14 can be drawn from the neck 4 when the front portion of the opening/closing plate 26 is pulled up while being engaged with the neck 4, and the inner cylinder 14 can be fitted into the neck 4 in an liquid-tight manner after the drawing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
