PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide effect measuring equipment for conditioning floor cooling to verify effect of floor cooling technology and to experience floor cooling. SOLUTION: This effect measuring equipment for conditioning floor cooling comprises a measurement room 10 of which six sides are surrounded by a floor material, a wall material and a ceiling material and having a closable doorway 11, a measurement space 21 defined inside of the measurement room 10, an air conditioner 12 for conditioning the air temperature of the whole measurement room 10, an airflow repressor 13 for repressing the conditioned air supplied from the air conditioner 12 to quiet airflow inside of the measurement space 21 while not preventing the air temperature inside of the measurement space 21 from having the air temperature conditioned by the air conditioner 12, and a floor surface temperature adjusting device for adjusting a temperature of an upper surface of the floor material 20 placed in the measurement space 21.
