PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag for cold cake which is capable of demonstrating the hygroscopic performance uniformly excellent over the entire content and has the crispy feeling capable of maintaining the content in a considerably high dry state. SOLUTION: The packaging bag for cold cake, the substantially entire packaging material to constitute the packaging bag consists of a hygroscopic packaging material having a steam barrier layer and a hygroscopic layer containing an absolute dry hygroscopic agent on its inner surface side, and has the crispy feeling. The cold cake having the crispy feeling means one whose surface is covered with a material having the crispy eating texture such as monaka (beam-jam-filled wafer), wafer and cookie. Though such cold cake having such a crispy feeling is quite weak against the moisture, the packaging bag can maintain excellent fresh and crunch feeling. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
