The invention relates to immunodiagnostics and, in particular, to the area dedicated to protein microarrays. The invention is also linked to immunochemistry and immunofluorescent assays for the detection of different analytes. The invention comprises the use of different solid phases, on which several monoclonal antibodies, polyclonal antibodies, recombinant proteins and synthetic peptides are immobilised. The results enable the use of protein microarrays with a practical format in immunodiagnostics for different analytes simultaneously, as well as reducing the time required, the volume of reagents to be dispensed and the costs of the assay.
