PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, when a person carrying an umbrella gets on a car from the outside, there is no place to place the wet umbrella inside the car, and if the umbrella is set upright before a seat, a floor, clothes or the seat become wet; when the car moves, the umbrella is also moved with danger; the getting-on person, and an opened door become wet before the umbrella is placed inside the car; and clothes of the other occupant and the person become wet with drip from the umbrella when the person gets off the car. SOLUTION: A hole 3 to pass an umbrella is formed in an armrest 2 below a window of an inner side 1 of a door of a car. A pocket 4 is installed on a lower portion of the hole 3. A container 5 to store rain water from the umbrella is mounted in the pocket 4. When the folded umbrella 6 in the rain is passed through the hole in the armrest of the opened door, and the umbrella tip is inserted in the container 5 in the pocket 4, the umbrella 6 can be easily stored, and the umbrella 6 can be easily taken out when the person gets off the car. This is similar to a stick. The container 5 is attachable/detachable so as to discharge rain water stored therein. All problems regarding the umbrella in the car can be solved.
